1. Wrap your watch in bubblewrap and place in a box.
Padded envelopes do not protect your watch adequately. Fill the box full of packing
material.
2. Please DO NOT send gift boxes or original boxes the watch came in.
3. Include your name, address, telephone number, e-mail address and a brief description
of the problem you are having with your watch.
4. Estimates need your approval before any work begins. Within seven (7) days
of our receipt of your watch, we will mail you an estimate for the cost of repairs. If
you choose to proceed with the repair work, check the appropriate box and return
the estimate along with your check for the amount of the repair (including shipping
and insurance). When we receive your approval, we will begin the repair process. If
you do not wish to have your watch repaired, check that box and return the estimate
with your check for the return postage and insurance.
5. Turnaround time for repairs is approximately six (6) to eight (8) weeks.
This may vary depending on the availability of parts.
6. NO watch will be shipped without payment. We cannot ship COD.
7. Ship your watch insured or registered mail. Insure for the full replacement value.
